The Pause Is the Point | Digital Guided Journal
Before the day gets going, take a little time to notice yourself.
The Pause Is the Point is a guided journal by Joseph Sorge, LMBT, founder of Be. Wellness. Its 30 undated entries give you a place to notice your body or surroundings, acknowledge something you appreciate, and consider what might feel supportive today.
Keep it beside your coffee or tea, open it during a break, or come back whenever you want. You do not need a quiet morning or a good mood. A few words, an unfinished thought or a doodle can be enough. There are no streaks to keep and no missed days to make up.
- 30 undated entries with Notice, Appreciate, Listen and Choose prompts.
- 134 pages in each journal version, with seven writing lines beneath each daily prompt in the handwriting version.
- A lined continuation page and an open page after every entry.
- Three optional reflection sections, plus a welcome and simple noticing vocabulary.
- Three PDF formats: handwriting, type-in and US Letter printable, with a start guide.
The digital editions use warm cream pages, with charcoal text, arches and six stars inspired by the Be. Wellness space. The printable edition is black and white on a white background to save ink.
Digital download only. No physical journal is shipped. A compatible PDF app or device is needed for digital use and is not included. The type-in edition requires a PDF app that can save form answers. The ink-saving printable edition places a 6 × 9-inch journal page on US Letter paper. The handwriting PDF is a fixed-layout document, not a native tablet template.
This journal offers general reflection rather than medical or mental-health care.
Personal use. Download, annotate and print for yourself. Please do not resell or redistribute the files. Contact Be. Wellness for group or commercial use.
