We hope you love your Be. Wellness purchase.

If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under Shopify’s standard return rules.

To start a return or refund, please email support@be-wellness.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Because our products are made to order, exchanges and refunds are only offered for defective or incorrect items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
